Delivery

We deliver goods to within the UK and Internationally

UK Delivery

We aim to despatch items ordered by you as they are available using Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Delivery, therefore someone will be required to sign for the package. The cost for this service is £3.00.

We also offer a first class service upon request at a cost of £4.50

All orders over the value of £30 will apply for free delivery

Republic of Ireland and Europe

We aim to despatch items ordered by you as they are available by air mail. The cost of this service is £5.00.

Rest of the World

The goods will be despatched by airmail and the cost of this service is £10.00

Import Duty and VAT for Deliveries outside of the EU

Goods despatched to countries outside of the EU may have an import duty and/or taxes levied on them when they reach your country. Whether any charges are payable will depend on the value of the package and where you are having it delivered to. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. If there are any additional charges for customs clearance, they must be borne by you.

General Information

We will despatch all goods to the delivery address provided, we cannot be held responsible if the address is incorrect.

Once the goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with the cancellation and returns policy, you must keep good care of the goods pending their return to us.

Cancellation and Returns

Should you wish to cancel or return any of your goods, you may only do so in accordance with the cancellation and returns policy.

After Delivery

You may cancel your order (or part of it) for any reason before goods are despatched.

We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting for your return

This is subject to the following conditions:

You are responsible for returning the item to us
You will responsible for the cost of the return(unless the item is faulty)

The item must be unused (other than to the extent reasonably necessary to examine the item) in its original condition with all the tags attached and returned in its original packaging.

You will receive a full refund of the price paid (including relevant delivery charges)

Faulty Goods

We try to ensure that all goods are in a perfect condition before despatching, however in the unlikely event that the goods are faulty we will refund you the cost of the goods plus any charges you incur in returning the goods. Goods should be returned to us by the cheapest method available.
